The Office Coordinator assists with Coordination, Customer Service, & Quality Control of National accounts. In addition to, other Administrative Office Tasks and Responsibilities from our National Office Headquarters in Tampa, FL.
What Youll Be Doing
- Answer, greet, and direct all incoming calls
- Route and Dispatch Jobs and Work Orders
- Monitor jobs throughout the day to ensure they are being completed and all pictures are uploaded
- Email Report to properties once job has been completed
- Respond to all emails accordingly
- Communicate with field teams throughout the day
- Send Daily Market Reports to Managers and Franchisee Owners
- Email Marketing
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Enter complaints into data software to ensure follow up from management
- Assist in shipping product when ordered by properties
- Assist in preparing packages for new porters hired
- Provide information about our services
- Process over-the-phone payments when necessary
- Customer Follow up / QC Calls
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Assist Managers in other tasks as needed
